Our policies…
HOLIDAYS: We do not work on any public holidays and hope that you take some time off for them too!
CONFIDENTIALITY: We keep all matters private + and we have an NDA clause in all of our contracts.
COMMUNICATION: All emails and messages will be responded to within 24 business hours. All communication is timed and tracked.
MEETING CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: All meetings require a 24-hour cancellation notice or you forfeit that call.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: All weekly projects MUST be to me before Thursday at 10 AM PDT.
Any tasks submitted on Friday will NOT receive attention until the following Monday
All smaller projects have a 48-72 hour turnaround
All larger projects have a 5-10-day turnaround
CALL POLICY: Please note: In the event that you are ten minutes+ late for a scheduled meeting, you forfeit that meeting with no rescheduling.
All scheduled call changes and cancellations require a 24-hour notice or else you forfeit that call completely.
ROLLOVER HOURS:
The monthly rate is applicable regardless of the number of hours used during any month. If, however, you do not use the full amount of time paid for, there will be no rollover hours to be used in the following month. At no time will refunds be due for Rollover Hours.
PAYMENTS: All payments are due on the same date as the initial payment each month.
LATE FEES: If payment is late past 7 days, you will be charged a late fee of 5% of the total amount due on a weekly basis until payment is received. After 7 days of payment not being received, Empowering Her Co. will stop services until payment is made. Any loss of time due to not being paid on time will be considered lost time and will not be made up in the upcoming weeks.
CONTRACTOR PRICE CHANGES: Will be given with a 40-day written notice.
REFUNDS: We have a no-refund policy, however, if you are unsatisfied with the contract and service, you may terminate within the first 30 days, after that, we will require a 30-day service period notice. The termination clause applies.
CONTRACT TERMINATION: When your contract moves to a month-month basis, all termination of the contract must be given with a 30-day SERVICE PERIOD written notice.

Moving forward, if you refer someone that signs on with a service with Empowering Her Co., you will receive a 10% commission.
For our one-time services regarding VIP Intensives and Strategy Sessions, you will receive 10% of the full-service pricing paid. For our retainer packages, you will receive a 10% commission on the first month’s payment.
